[Remote] Clinical Customer Support Representative

This role involves handling inbound and outbound calls to troubleshoot devices related to cardiac monitoring services and requires collaboration with the Cardiac Monitoring Center Technician team. Responsibilities Answer incoming calls promptly and direct them to appropriate team members Place outbound calls to provide Tier 1 troubleshooting support for patients Exhibit a high sense of urgency Properly document all interactions with patients or customers Handle emails and voice messages as assigned Communicate professionally with good voice quality, diction, and articulation Identify, document, and escalate issues per standard operating procedures Track, maintain, and execute follow-ups for patients who have received cardiac monitoring kits Coordinate cross-functional activities with urgency and proper execution Follow the chain of command for escalations or concerns Meet quality and performance standards Follow all organizational and departmental policies and procedures Accept constructive feedback to improve job performance Perform other duties as assigned Skills High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) Team-centered with a patient-first attitude Knowledge of medical terminology specific to cardiology Ability to thrive in a fast-paced call center environment Effective verbal and written communication skills Ability to read and follow detailed instructions, maintain accurate records, and produce quality reports Ability to follow procedures and learn support technology Ability to plan, organize, multitask, and adapt to priority changes Proficiency with standard computers and basic office software Knowledge of business English, spelling, grammar, and punctuation Willingness to work overtime or extra hours as needed Associates degree One year of related experience Medical experience Benefits Medical insurance Dental insurance 401K retirement plan Company Overview RemoteHunter is your dedicated AI job search assistant, turning the job hunt from a slow, individual effort into a quicker, smarter, and guided experience by streamlining each step of the process and speeding up your path to the right career opportunities.
