[Remote] Database Administrator — Remote (Delaware-based team)

Information Consulting Services is seeking an experienced Database Administrator to support data analysis and database management for a technology team in a regulated environment. The role focuses on maintaining and enhancing database platforms, supporting ETL/data warehousing workflows, and ensuring reliable performance and operations. Responsibilities • Administer and support database environments for an application team • Maintain and enhance data dictionaries and logical/physical data models • Maintain a central data repository and support the system development lifecycle • Manage backup and recovery processes for data dictionary and related assets • Define and maintain standards for data dictionaries • Perform performance tuning, monitor performance, and manage capacity/space requirements • Schedule and monitor end-of-day data warehousing jobs • Assist with coordinating software releases and operational changes • Provide clear status updates and document work performed Skills • 5+ years of Snowflake experience • ETL experience • Strong communication skills (written and spoken) • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Company Overview • Information Consulting Services (ICS) provides IT staffing services to clients across North America.
