[Remote] ERP Support Analyst/Developer

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Robert Half is seeking an experienced ERP (Syteline) Systems Developer to join their client in the manufacturing space. The role involves maintaining and enhancing the Infor CloudSuite Industrial system while collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement technical solutions that support organizational goals. Responsibilities • Develop and implement solutions within the Infor CloudSuite Industrial system, including configurations, reporting, integrations, and security protocols • Analyze business requirements to design system solutions that meet performance, security, and functionality needs • Participate in design reviews and ensure solutions are developed according to specifications • Conduct thorough testing, including unit, system, integration, and user acceptance tests, to ensure quality and compliance • Create deployment packages and manage the rollout of solutions to target environments, adhering to segregation of duties • Provide Tier 3 support for system-related issues, troubleshooting complex problems and maintaining optimal system performance • Deliver training, user guides, and documentation to ensure proper usage and understanding of system functionalities • Perform regular system updates, patches, and monitoring to maintain data integrity and reliability • Collaborate across teams to identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities, such as system optimizations and process enhancements • Travel to company sites as required to support system implementations and provide on-site assistance Skills • Minimum of 5 years of experience with Infor CloudSuite Industrial (Syteline) and related technologies • Proficiency in system administration, Mongoose development, API integrations, and workflow creation • Expertise in reporting tools such as Infor Data Views, Data Lake, and IDOs, with strong knowledge of underlying data structures • Experience in Microsoft technologies, including .NET, SQL Server, and Power BI • Solid understanding of web development using JavaScript, jQuery, and web services/APIs • Familiarity with business processes in areas such as finance, manufacturing, and purchasing • Strong background in Agile/Scrum methodologies and structured deployments across environments • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Company Overview • At Robert Half, we prioritize your security—if you believe you've encountered a scam or fraudulent recruiter, please report it immediately to It was founded in 1948, and is headquartered in Menlo Park, California, USA, with a workforce of 10001+ employees.
