Remote HEDIS Abstractor/Overreader HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Remote HEDIS Abstractor/Overreader to fill an opening with a prestigious Healthcare Organization. Daily Responsibilities for Remote HEDIS Abstractor/Overreader: Principal Duties and Responsibilities: • Perform medical record review and abstraction of clinical data to support HEDIS (Healthcare Effectiveness Data and Information Set) reporting requirements in alignment with NCQA guidelines. • Accurately extract and enter data from charts, EHRs, and other clinical documentation into internal abstraction systems. • Conduct overreads of abstracted records to validate data accuracy, completeness, and compliance with measure specifications. • Identify discrepancies or errors in abstracted data and provide clear feedback to abstractors to ensure quality and consistency. • Collaborate with clinical and quality teams to resolve documentation gaps and obtain missing information. • M-F: 8a-5p Required Qualifications for Remote HEDIS Abstractor/Overreader: • Clear and active RN or LPN/LVN license • 1-2 seasons of HEDIS experience Preferred Qualifications for Remote HEDIS Abstractor/Overreader: • At least 1-2+ seasons of experience • Experience with LTSS, TRC and COA measures a plus Benefits for Remote HEDIS Abstractor/Overreader: • Immediate enrollment in Health Insurance • Dental Insurance • Life Insurance • Employee Assistance Program (EAP) • Access to Investment Accounts • Career and educational tools within our Ingenovis ACT (Advocacy) Program Pay Details: $45.00 – $45.00 an hour Interested in being considered?
