[Remote] Law Practice Administrator & Bookkeeper

The role involves managing back-office functions, vendor relationships, and basic bookkeeping for the firm. Responsibilities • Manage the back-office functions of a small but growing civil litigation law firm • Interaction and management of the Firms' relationship with operations vendors including HR, payroll and benefits providers, technology and cybersecurity vendors, accountants, as well as the Firms' outside litigation contractors including records retrieval, records management firms and ancillary service businesses • Basic bookkeeping functions including invoice generation, reconciliation (vendor invoices and client invoices), managing accounts receivables and payables, and generating monthly reporting Skills • Well organized • Able to work independently • Able to handle occasional high volume and periodic deadlines • Strong communication skills • Experience with and be proficient with QuickBooks • Experience with Excel and other Microsoft Office programs • Legal Document Preparation and Document Review skills • Excellent case management skills • Experience in drafting Pleadings and Motions • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities • Ability to work independently and remotely • Paralegal certification or relevant qualifications • Experience with internal law firm database management systems • Experience with external client management platforms such as Legal Tracker • Experience in litigation and familiarity with legal procedures Company Overview • Weinstein Trial Firm, PLLC is a litigation law firm headquartered in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, representing clients nationwide.
