[Remote] Lawyer for Pro Serve Company

Downtown Asset Mgmt PLLC is a professional services firm supporting practicing lawyers with a full-suite operational, administrative, commercial, and investment boutique. They are seeking experienced attorneys who want autonomy, high income potential, and professional operational support without the headache of client development and firm management. Responsibilities • Focus on legal work while we handle client development, accounting, discovery and ESI production, paralegal services, interest rate hedging, and bespoke subrogation claims best classified as alternative investments • Receive comprehensive operational and commercial support, including ad-based lead generation (digital acquisition and inbound demand) • Handle client intake and attorney-client fee agreement handling including DocuSign workflows • New client onboarding and file opening • In-house ESI production and paralegal support from paralegal who used to charge President Trump $250/hr before quitting work at his counsel • Bookkeeping, billing, travel booking, and attorney trust accounting • Support for and from other attorneys • Pooling of subscriptions for costly software suites Skills • 3+ years of legal practice experience • Your own malpractice insurance (we can source for you if needed) • Active license in good standing with one or more bar associations • Demonstrated commercial integrity and freedom from prejudice • Preference given to attorneys with experience in PI and insurance Benefits • Ad-based lead generation (digital acquisition and inbound demand) • Client intake and attorney-client fee agreement handling including DocuSign workflows • New client onboarding and file opening • In-house ESI production and paralegal support from paralegal who used to charge President Trump $250/hr before quitting work at his counsel • Bookkeeping, billing, travel booking, and attorney trust accounting • Pro hac vice / locum tenens support for and from other attorneys • Pooling of subscriptions for costly software suites • Optional access to a high-yield interest rate futures hedging account that offers opportunity to earn returns that exceed senior attorney comp rates Company Overview • Risk advisory and fixed income investing services PLLC.
