[Remote] Lead Business Intelligence Analyst

The role involves transforming complex datasets into actionable insights, building dashboards, and collaborating with cross functional leaders to drive business decisions. Responsibilities • Analyze large, multi source datasets and extract insights that shape business decisions • Build polished, intuitive dashboards and reports using Tableau • Partner with cross functional leaders to understand goals and translate them into data solutions • Support data modeling, integration, and collaboration with data engineering teams • Perform high value ad hoc analysis to answer urgent and strategic questions • Ensure data accuracy, quality, and governance across all systems • Develop KPIs and measurement frameworks that track performance and drive accountability • Identify opportunities to improve BI processes, reporting efficiency, and overall data maturity Skills • 5 plus years in business intelligence, analytics, or a similar data role • Strong SQL skills and advanced Tableau proficiency • Experience with modern data stack tools such as Snowflake, GCP, Databricks, or dbt • Solid understanding of ETL processes, data modeling, and warehousing concepts • Ability to communicate clear insights to both technical and non technical audiences • Strong attention to detail and an analytical mindset that loves solving problems • Bonus skills in Python or R • Machine learning concepts • Product analytics tools • Financial reporting Company Overview • 健康 (kenko) – The balance of vitality and harmony in body and mind.
