This is a real job. 30–40 hours a week, every week, at the computer with our team, advancing rankings, testing new tactics, and driving measurable results for our clients. What You’ll Do - Own Local SEO strategy & execution across multiple home service and contractor websites. - Optimize and manage Google Business Profiles for maximum visibility. - Build and scale hyper-local landing pages targeting specific cities, neighborhoods, and zip codes. - Drive backlink acquisition, citations, and directory optimization to increase domain authority. - Use data daily: reporting, analytics, rankings, call tracking, and traffic behavior. - Leverage AI tools and emerging strategies to stay ahead of SEO trends. - Collaborate with our in-house creative, dev, and paid ads teams to execute integrated campaigns. - Monitor, track, and report results with full transparency—every keyword, every lead, every click. What We’re Looking For - Full-time commitment: 30–40 hours per week (not side work). - Local SEO expertise: GBP optimization, local citations, reviews, landing page builds. - Technical SEO chops: site audits, on-page optimization, schema, and speed improvements. - Content strategy: keyword research, SEO-driven content planning, competitor gap analysis. - Analytics-first mindset: You geek out on data, rankings, CTR, and conversion tracking. - AI-forward thinking: You know where SEO is heading with AI search engines and adapt fast. - Proactive and hungry: You love doing SEO all day, every day—and you want to be the best.
