Job Title: Phone Interviewer for Property Damages (Flexible Hours | $100/hr) Company: The Wildfire Appraisers Location: Remote Job Type: Contract (1099) Pay: $100 per hour About Us: At The Wildfire Appraisers, we support wildfire survivors and law firms by providing detailed, high-quality appraisals of property damages. Our work helps maximize recovery for people rebuilding after devastating fires. We specialize in interviewing property owners and translating their firsthand experiences into structured, professional damage assessments. Position Overview: We are seeking independent, detail-oriented professionals to join our team as Remote Property Damage Interviewers. This role is 100% remote. You’ll conduct in-depth phone interviews with clients who’ve experienced wildfire damage, using a structured script to gather and document personal property, structural, or landscape losses. You’ll set your own schedule, work from home, and earn $100/hour. Most interviews last 1 to 2 hours. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct scripted phone interviews with wildfire-affected property owners • Document losses to personal property, structures, and/or landscaping • Use tools like Google Earth, Zillow, Fire Maps, and Respond Maps during interviews • Reference supporting documentation (e.g., insurance estimates, photos, receipts) • Maintain professionalism, empathy, and accuracy in every call • Work independently, using your own computer and phone setup Qualifications: • One of the Following Licesnes: Licensed Real Estate Agent, Residential Real Estate Appraiser, or Licensed / Certified Home Inspector AND 3+ years experience in area of license. • Excellent listening and communication skills • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow a structured format • The ability to work independently and manage your own schedule • Comfortable with structured interviews and client conversations • Professional home office setup with strong internet • Experience conducting interviews or gathering structured data is a plus Compensation & Benefits: • $100/hour flat rate – Paid weekly via check • Flexible hours – you control your schedule • 100% remote – Work from anywhere • No cold calls – All interviews are pre-scheduled • Meaningful work – Help wildfire victims recover and rebuild Important Notes: • This is a 1099 independent contractor role • We are not working with recruiters or staffing agencies How to Apply: Submit your resume and a brief cover letter outlining your relevant property-related experience.
