Remote Recruiter for US 1099 on-call contractors

This a Full Remote job, the offer is available from: United States, Mexico Job Title: Recruiter (Remote – LATAM-based, EST Hours Salary Range: $600/month (USD) and commissions per each valid hire ($5 per hire) OTE $1,400 Contract Type: Independent Contractor Payment Method: Monthly via Payoneer Location: Remote (must be fluent in English and available during EST core hours) About Us We are a growing company focused on finding top-tier talent for roles across the U.S., especially in fast-paced and high-volume environments. What You’ll Do • Own the full-cycle recruitment process for U.S.-based roles • Source proactively using various platforms (Workable, LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards etc.) • Post jobs, screen candidates, and schedule interviews • Keep Workable updated and organized daily • Maintain candidate pipelines and track recruitment KPIs - Hire 10 on call techs per week • Provide a positive and timely candidate experience • Suggest improvements in job ads, interview questions, or sourcing strategies • 12 interviews per day as the expected daily activity Requirements • 2+ year of recruiting experience with U.S.-based roles.
