[Remote] RVP of Sales (US)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. OX Security is hiring a hands-on Director of Sales to lead our US sales efforts. In this role, you'll manage a team of Account Executives while driving your own deals and helping shape our go-to-market motion in the region. Responsibilities • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Account Executives , Channels and Sales Engineers • Own and close strategic enterprise deals across EMEA • Develop and execute regional sales strategies • Forecast performance and report on pipeline health • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and CS Skills • 4+ years of experience managing sales teams in B2B SaaS Cyber • Proven success as an individual contributor with strong closing skills • Deep familiarity with the cybersecurity space (AppSec/DevSecOps a plus) • Excellent communication, leadership, and coaching abilities Company Overview • Ox Security is an application security platform that helps organizations manage software security throughout the development lifecycle.
