They are seeking an experienced Senior Amazon PPC Manager to lead client advertising campaigns, mentor a PPC team, and drive measurable results across diverse product categories. Responsibilities • Develop and execute comprehensive Amazon PPC strategies for multiple client accounts across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and DSP campaigns • Manage client advertising budgets ranging from $20K to $200K+ monthly while maintaining target ACoS, TACoS, and ROAS goals • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market opportunity assessments for diverse product categories • Optimize campaign structure, bidding strategies, and budget allocation across client portfolios • Implement advanced PPC tactics including dayparting, placement optimization, and audience targeting • Stay ahead of Amazon platform updates and test new advertising features for client benefit • Lead and mentor a small team of PPC specialists (2-4 team members) • Establish efficient workflows and SOPs for campaign management and client reporting • Provide hands-on training and quality assurance for junior team members • Delegate client accounts and campaigns based on team capacity and skill level • Foster a collaborative, learning-focused team culture in our boutique environment • Serve as primary point of contact for key client accounts • Lead client strategy calls and quarterly business reviews • Translate client goals into actionable PPC strategies • Communicate performance updates, insights, and recommendations clearly and proactively • Manage client expectations and provide consultative guidance on Amazon advertising best practices • Identify upsell opportunities and contribute to client retention efforts • Build and maintain customized reporting dashboards for client accounts • Deliver monthly performance reports with strategic insights and action items • Conduct regular audits of client accounts to identify optimization opportunities • Perform A/B testing on ad copy, creative assets, and bidding strategies • Track competitor activity and market trends across client categories Skills • Minimum 4 years of hands-on Amazon PPC management experience, preferably in an agency setting • Proven experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously • Track record managing combined monthly ad budgets of $100K+ with demonstrable ROI improvements • 1-2+ years of team leadership or mentorship experience • Strong client-facing communication skills and ability to build trusted relationships • Deep expertise with Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central, and Amazon Advertising Console • Proficiency with PPC analytics and reporting tools (Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Pacvue, or similar) • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills for data analysis and custom reporting • Self-starter mentality with ability to manage priorities independently in a fast-paced environment • Experience working in a digital marketing or Amazon-focused agency • Exposure to Amazon DSP and Amazon Attribution • Familiarity with third-party PPC management platforms (Perpetua, Teikametrics, Skai, etc.) • Knowledge of Amazon SEO and organic ranking factors • Experience across diverse product categories (consumables, electronics, home goods, etc.) • Understanding of full-funnel marketing strategies • Certification in Amazon Advertising • Experience with client onboarding and new business pitches Benefits • Competitive salary based on experience • Performance-based bonus tied to client results • Health benefits package • Flexible work arrangements • Professional development and training opportunities • Small team environment where your impact is visible and valued • Direct access to leadership and ability to shape team processes • Opportunity to work with diverse brands and product categories Company Overview • It was founded in undefined, and is headquartered in , with a workforce of 11-50 employees.
