[Remote] YouTube Producer

As a YouTube Producer, you will manage production systems for various influential YouTube channels, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality content while collaborating with clients and coordinating a team of editors. Responsibilities • Manage and coordinate production systems across the agency to keep hundreds of videos moving smoothly every month • Ensure all the moving pieces come together on time and at a high standard • Own the production process across 4-5 client accounts at a time • Manage up to hundreds of videos in active production at once • Allocate editors • Anticipate bottlenecks • Act as a trusted partner to clients • Guide timelines, deliverables, and approvals • Communicate with empathy, clarity, and authority Skills • 2+ years of experience as a Producer, Production Manager, or Senior Project Manager in a creative, media, or agency setting. • Proven ability to manage complex, high-volume production pipelines across multiple client accounts simultaneously without compromising on quality or deadlines. • Exceptional operator mindset – you’re detail-oriented, highly organized, and proactive in spotting and solving problems before they escalate. • Resource allocation and capacity planning expertise – you know how to assign editors effectively based on strengths, bandwidth, and deadlines. • Confident communicator with clients – You can empathetically set boundaries, communicate trade-offs, and frame delays in a way that maintains trust. • Ability to work PST hours.
