Join Tiffany & Co. as a Retail Intern for a 10-week summer program, gaining hands-on luxury retail experience and cross-functional collaboration. Your Role Here’s what you will be doing: • Support and contribute to in-store activities, delivering exceptional client service and smooth day-to-day operations. • Collaborate openly and transparently with retail teams, embodying the "People Promise" values of Dream Maker, Visionary, and Daring. • Engage with functional market teams, including Client Relations, Client Development, Retail Learning, Retail Performance, and Human Resources, to understand luxury retail business pillars. • Analyze and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to provide data-driven insights. • Execute and deliver a comprehensive 360 retail project with a professional presentation to senior leadership. About You The company is looking for: • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to foster collaboration and work effectively in a team. • Highly adaptable, positive, and solution-oriented in a dynamic environment. • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. • Strong interest and passion for the luxury retail industry. • Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability. • Proactive and curious mindset, eager to learn and contribute. • Preferred: Retail experience and rising senior or recent graduate status.
