RPA Developer with AI/ML We are looking for a motivated and goal-oriented RPA Developer with Artificial intelligence and Machine Learning to join our team. The RPA Developer creates and maintains robotic process automation (RPA) solutions integrated with artificial intelligence and machine learning capabilities. Designs intelligent bots that can learn, adapt, and make data-driven decisions Key Responsibilities: ✅ Develop RPA bots using UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism ✅ Integrate ML models to improve automated decision-making ✅ Implement OCR/ICR with AI capabilities for document processing ✅ Design intelligent workflows that combine rules and ML ✅ Maintain and optimize existing bots with cognitive capabilities Requirements: ✅ Proficiency in UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism (certification preferred) ✅ Python for scripting and ML integration ✅ Experience with REST APIs for connecting AI services ✅ Basic ML knowledge (classification, regression, NLP) ✅ Azure Cognitive Services, AWS AI Services, or Google Cloud AI ✅ SQL and database management ✅ Knowledge of Document Understanding/IQ Bot and Git for version control Important English level B2 or higher conversational (will be validated) Applies to individuals located in Latin America 100% Remote Remuneration in dollars Stability and growth opportunities If you’re ready to turn data into game-changing insights, we want to hear from you!
