Sales Consumable Representative I

The Sales Consumable Representative I is responsible for selling consumables in an assigned territory through outbound and inbound calls, while ensuring high customer service and accurate pipeline management. Responsibilities Sells billable consumables consultatively by making outbound calls to customers and prospective customers in an assigned territory; details product features and pricing; determines customer needs and requirements Takes inbound calls, reroutes if necessary; tracks customer needs or concerns Prospects specific vertical markets to identify decision makers and influencers Responsible for CRM utilization and accurate pipeline management; enters orders into the appropriate system Demonstrates high customer service skills; Works through objections to close net new business Skills HS Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required, plus less than one year of related experience Strong interest in sales and enjoys working in a fast-paced challenging environment Self-starter with a positive outlook, great customer service skills and high energy Excellent written/verbal communication skills, including the ability to easily convey concepts to customers and employees Good time management skills with the ability to work multiple projects/priorities with minimal supervision Experience using a CRM system and experience with Microsoft Office Some College preferred Benefits Employee referral bonus Employee discounts "Dress for Your Day" attire program (casual is welcome, based on your job function) Volunteer opportunities to give back to our local community Swag!
