JOB TITLE: SAP TEST MANAGER / SAP TEST PROGRAM MANAGER JOB DURATION: 1 YEAR JOB LOCATION: COLUMBUS, OH (REMOTE) EXPERIENCE: 10+ YEARS Job Description: The SAP Test Manager / SAP Test Program Manager is responsible for leading end-to-end testing for large-scale enterprise transformation programs involving SAP (S/4HANA), Salesforce, and legacy application migrations (Java and .NET platforms). This role oversees test strategy, execution governance, stakeholder communication, and delivery assurance across complex, multi-system, and multi-vendor environments. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, deep SAP testing knowledge, and experience managing system integration testing (SIT), UAT, regression, data migration testing, and cutover readiness for enterprise programs. Key Responsibilities Test Strategy & Program Leadership • Define and own the enterprise test strategy covering SAP, Salesforce, and legacy Java/.NET system migrations. • Establish testing standards, processes, entry/exit criteria, and quality gates across program phases. • Align test strategy with overall program milestones, releases, and business readiness goals. SAP Testing Leadership • Lead testing for SAP ECC / SAP S/4HANA modules such as SD, MM, FI, CO, WM, PP, EWM (as applicable). • Manage end-to-end SAP testing including unit coordination, SIT, UAT, regression, data migration, and cutover validation. • Validate SAP integrations with Salesforce, middleware (PI/PO, CPI, MuleSoft), and downstream systems. Salesforce & Integration Testing • Oversee testing for Salesforce CRM integrations with SAP, custom APIs, and third-party applications. • Ensure validation of order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, finance, customer, and master data flows. • Coordinate API, interface, and message-based integration testing. Legacy System Migration (Java / .NET) • Manage testing activities for application modernization and migration from legacy Java and .NET platforms. • Validate functional parity, data accuracy, performance, and security in migrated applications. • Coordinate data reconciliation between legacy and target systems. Test Execution & Governance • Lead SIT and UAT cycles, including planning, environment readiness, data setup, execution, defect triage, and sign-off. • Drive defect lifecycle management: prioritization, root cause analysis, and resolution tracking. • Ensure alignment between QA, development, business, and third-party vendors. Test Automation & Tools • Drive test automation strategy across SAP and non-SAP systems, including regression and integration automation. • Leverage tools such as SAP Solution Manager, Tricentis Tosca, Selenium, Postman, JMeter, Azure DevOps, or Jira. • Ensure test assets are reusable and support continuous delivery models. • Reporting & Stakeholder Management • Provide clear and concise test status reporting to program leadership and business stakeholders. • Communicate risks, dependencies, quality metrics, and mitigation plans proactively. • Support executive-level governance forums and steering committees. Required Skills & Qualifications • 10+ years of experience in Test Management / Test Program Management for enterprise systems. • Strong hands-on experience managing SAP testing programs (ECC or S/4HANA). • Proven experience with SAP + Salesforce integration testing. • Experience leading Java and .NET application migration testing. • Expertise in SIT, UAT, Regression, Data Migration, and Cutover testing. • Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns and middleware. • Experience with test management and ALM tools (SAP SolMan, Azure DevOps, Jira, HP ALM). • Excellent stakeholder communication and leadership skills. Preferred Qualifications • Experience working in large healthcare, life sciences, or distribution enterprises (Cardinal Health-type environments). • Exposure to Tricentis Tosca for SAP automation. • Experience with Agile / SAFe delivery frameworks. • Knowledge of Salesforce testing tools and automation. • Prior experience leading multi-vendor, global programs Key Competencies • Strong delivery accountability • Risk identification and escalation • Cross-functional leadership • Attention to detail with strategic mindset • Ability to manage complexity and ambiguity Apply tot his job
