Senior Payroll Manager - Fully Remote ( Dallas Homebase Required)

About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and compliance-focused Sr. Manager of Payroll to oversee and manage payroll operations for our client a growing leader in the private healthcare space. The ideal candidate will have strong experience using ADP payroll systems, advanced Excel skills for data analysis, and a thorough understanding of payroll compliance across federal and state regulations. This role involves working closely with clinical staff and processing their timesheet data through CubHub, ensuring seamless integration into ADP for payroll distribution. We are looking for someone who is highly detail oriented and is also a strong communicator who loves working in a team environment. This is a vital position to our organization and you'll be someone who interacts with all levels of staff. The right individual is people-oriented and has excellent communication and organizational skills. Key Responsibilities Payroll Processing: • Oversee the payroll process for clinical staff, ensuring accurate and timely compensation. • Download clinician timesheet data from CubHub and upload it to ADP for payroll processing. • Maintain accuracy in payroll data, ensuring correct deductions and earnings. Compliance & Regulations: • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws, tax procedures, and labor regulations. • Conduct regular audits of payroll to ensure adherence to legal requirements and internal policies. Data Analytics & Reporting: • Use advanced Excel skills to analyze payroll data and prepare reports for management. • Provide insights to ensure proper payroll distribution through ADP. System Integration: • Manage and optimize the integration of CubHub timekeeping data into ADP. • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency of data transfer from CubHub to ADP. Collaboration: • Work cross-functionally with HR, finance, and clinical teams to ensure seamless payroll operations. • Be the point of contact for any payroll-related inquiries, offering clear communication with staff. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field. • 5-7 years of payroll experience • Proven experience with ADP payroll processing. • Strong knowledge of payroll compliance and labor laws. Technical Skills: • Proficient in Excel for data analysis and reporting. • Familiar with CubHub or similar time-tracking systems. • Experience managing payroll system integration and optimizing processes. Communication & Leadership: • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. • Strong leadership and team management skills.
