Project Details In this role, you will envision, design, and deliver complex Salesforce solutions, acting as a trusted advisor and guiding both stakeholders and development teams. You will lead technical design sessions, translate business requirements into scalable architectures, and ensure best practices across integrations, security, performance, and DevOps Responsibilities • Envision, design, and architect scalable Salesforce solutions • Gather and translate business requirements into technical specifications • Guide and mentor development teams throughout implementations • Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, security, and governance • Lead technical design workshops • Oversee integrations, data modeling, migration, and architecture patterns • Troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize performance • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders • Contribute to DevOps, CI/CD, and release management processes Requirements: • 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce development and architecture experience • Proven ability to lead technical design sessions • Deep understanding of enterprise architecture principles • Strong knowledge of Salesforce security models, governor limits, and performance optimization • Expertise in Salesforce APIs, integration patterns, and data modeling • Experience with large-scale Salesforce implementations • Strong proficiency in Apex, SOQL, SOSL • Experience with Git and deployment tools (Gearset or Copado) • Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, and Salesforce DX • Certifications preferred: CTA, System Architect, App Architect, Integration Architect, Sharing & Visibility, Data Architect • Advanced English This is a 6 months contract with possible extension with a 8-hour overlap with EST.
