Simple Technology Solutions is looking for a Senior Solution and Innovation Architect to add to our team. Quick Position Overview: US Citizenship is required minimum of 8 years' position related experience is required The Role: Simple Technology Solutions is seeking a Senior Solution and Innovation Architect to join our Business Development team. This individual will be a conduit to STS’s Chief Technology Office serving as the technical lead for full lifecycle sales activities in the data and AI/ML domains. This role includes prototyping solutions consistent with prioritized pipeline opportunities; technical writing for marketing and proposal efforts; being a subject matter expert in government and industry meetings regarding data and AI/ML topics; and solutioning for opportunities in capture. This person must be skilled at communicating with executives, including translating complex topics into laymen’s terms. Collaboration is critical as this role will work closely with CTO and other corporate functions like Delivery and Pricing. This person must be willing to become an expert of the federal IT market and STS’s data and AI/ML project portfolio. The Senior Solution and Innovation Architect at STS will: Collaborate with the Chief Growth Officer to refine go-to-market messaging for STS capabilities/solutions/accelerators. Collaborate with the Chief Technology Officer to develop capabilities and accelerators that align with STS’s high-value capabilities and sales strategy. Participate in sales meetings with government customers and industry partners to provide technical expertise and guidance, and to understand technical business challenges and goals. Write technical proposals, white papers, and thought leadership blogs in the areas of data and AI/ML. Participate in sales engineering, including building solution prototypes to solve customer challenges. Participate in orals and technical challenges. Develop solutions (in the form of architecture diagrams, graphics, and demos) that meet customer needs and align with company capabilities Work with the sales team to qualify and capture opportunities by vetting technical “goodness of fit”. Stay up-to-date on technology trends and emerging technologies that may impact the federal technology market. Education and Experience: Required US Citizenship is required A minimum of 8 year’s experience as a solution architect, with a focus on delivering enterprise data and analytics solutions. A minimum of 3 years’ experience building AI/ML applications. At least 2 year’s experience supporting sales activities. Certifications in data and AI/ML technologies that align to STS’s capabilities and partnerships (e.g. AWS, Azure, Databricks). Strong technical, communications, and business skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently. Self-starter STS is committed to equal employment opportunity.
