Small Group Personal Trainer for Pridefit App

About Pridefit LIVE Pridefit LIVE is the new live-class extension of the Pridefit App. Members get unlimited access to small-group (under 20 members), virtual zoom workouts — strength, HIIT, mobility, yoga and more — all led by coaches who provide real-time feedback, accountability, and community. Our mission: to help LGBTQIA+ people and allies move, grow, and feel proud of their progress in an identity-safe, results-driven space. What You’ll Do • Coach 45-minute live classes on Zoom, following Pridefit’s structured programming. • Deliver form cues, scaling options, and motivation that make every member feel motivated and successful. • Bring high energy, technical skills, and approachability to every class. • Track attendance, check in with members post-class, and celebrate wins via Notion. • Collaborate with other coaches on weekly programming feedback. • Create class music playlists on Spotify. • Uphold Pridefit’s values of professionalism, inclusion, and excellence. What We’re Looking For • 2+ years of group-class coaching experience (Strength, HIIT, CrossFit, Yoga, Pilates, or similar). • NASM Certification (or similar) • Excellent communication skills — you connect, cue, and motivate without shouting or shaming. • Strong technical knowledge of movement mechanics and scaling. • Reliable tech setup (camera, lighting, mic, stable internet). • Commitment to identity-safe language and creating a welcoming environment for all members. • Bonus: experience teaching in LGBTQIA+ or inclusive fitness spaces. Technical Requirements • Internet speed: 25 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload via speedtest.net (Wired ethernet connection preferred—cable & adapter provided). • Laptop or desktop computer (Mac or PC) with a reliable webcam (on a desk/mount high enough so that you can stand while coaching). • iPhone/iPad/Second Computer used for music & notes. • A well-lit area large enough for full-body visibility while moving (yoga mat & ring light will be provided). • Quiet space for class (Airpods will be provided).
