What You'll Be Doing: Banking & Cash Management Initiate ACHs, wires, and internal transfers Handle remote deposits and track daily cash activity Perform monthly bank reconciliations for both hospital and corporate accounts Provide support to field locations for banking supply orders Distribute NSF notifications to clinics Corporate Journal Entries & Reconciliations Record and reconcile entries for loans, debt, and financing costs Break down vendor auto-drafts, rebates, and other recurring activity Prepare a variety of ad hoc journal entries as needed Support credit card processing, including disputes, chargebacks, and accruals Assist with user management and access setup across platforms Handle new vendor enrollments, dashboard setups, and payment activity tracking Maintain records for online store sales, including monthly entries and ownership changes Perform reconciliations and settle-up accounting for shared revenue and fees What You Bring to the Table: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience (corporate or public) Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with accounting software A self-starter mindset—you’re curious, dependable, and comfortable with a fast pace Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally Seniority level Seniority level Associate Employment type Employment type Full-time Job function Job function Accounting/Auditing Industries Professional Services Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at firstPRO, Inc by 2x Inferred from the description for this job Disability insurance Vision insurance Medical insurance 401(k) Tuition assistance Get notified when a new job is posted.
