We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Staff Assistant for our Inflight department. As a Staff Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our flight attendants and ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of our world-class services to our passengers. Greet and welcome passengers and assist with any inquiries or concerns in a friendly and professional manner. Provide administrative and organizational support to the Inflight department and its staff members. Ensure all necessary documents and materials are prepared and organized for flight attendants, including schedules, manuals, and supplies. Schedule and coordinate meetings, trainings, and other events for the Inflight department. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of flight attendant schedules, attendance, and performance evaluations. Assist with managing and tracking expenses, budget, and inventory for the Inflight department. Communicate effectively with flight attendants, other departments, and external parties to facilitate smooth operations and resolve any issues or concerns. Monitor and respond to emails, phone calls, and other forms of correspondence in a timely and professional manner. Collaborate with other staff assistants and team members to ensure efficient and effective support for the Inflight department. Uphold the company's standards of customer service and professionalism while representing American Airlines. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as all safety and security regulations. Continuously seek opportunities for personal and professional growth, and actively participate in training and development programs provided by the company.
