Role Overview We are seeking a Strategic Consultant who can combine analytical problem-solving with executive-level communication—while keeping a big-picture, end-to-end perspective. This role involves supporting client-facing strategy projects by conducting research, structuring insights, and creating impactful presentations. The ideal candidate not only executes well but also understands the full consulting process—from framing the problem to synthesizing findings and shaping recommendations. Core Responsibilities Strategic Analysis & Research Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and opportunity assessments to support client decisions. Executive Presentations Develop visually compelling, logically structured, narrative-driven PowerPoint decks for C-suite audiences. Analytical Modeling Build and manage Excel workbooks for data analysis, business modeling, and scenario evaluation. End-to-End Strategic Thinking Understand the full consulting workflow—from problem definition to solution design—and contribute ideas that connect analysis to actionable recommendations. Independent Execution Deliver high-quality work with limited supervision while ensuring accuracy, clarity, and timeliness. Ideal Candidate Profile Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or related field. Experience: 1–4 years in consulting, business analysis, or strategy-related roles. Skills: PowerPoint: Advanced skills in slide structuring, visual storytelling, and executive design. Excel: Strong in analysis, pivot tables, charts, and light business modeling. Communication: Clear, structured writing and confident verbal articulation. Problem-Solving: Ability to synthesize complex information into sharp insights. Strategic Perspective: Can connect details to the bigger picture, seeing how work fits into the overall consulting process.
