Strategic Operations Analyst- Ultrasound (US Remote)

Summary As the Strategic Operations Analyst, you will play a crucial role in the Ultrasound organization, providing data insights to support Philips' operational success and business goals. This involves aligning with various stakeholders, analyzing business and industry data using tools like Excel, PowerBI, and Salesforce, and assessing process improvement options. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience as a Business/Operations Data Analyst, preferably in health tech, with strong PowerBI dashboard creation skills and the ability to present complex data effectively. Must Have • Align with stakeholders (Clinical Solutions Leaders, National Clinical Solutions Manager, Sr. Clinical Solutions Delivery Manager, Sr. Clinical Solutions Zone Managers, clinical team members, Marketing, Sales, and Field Service) to drive business growth, customer satisfaction, and patient safety. • Gather, review and analyze business and industry data, including KPIs, financial reports and other key metrics using data analytics tools. (excel, PowerBI, salesforce, etc) • Liaise between various business departments and groups • Assess options for process improvement, including business process modeling • Maintain documentation regarding various projects, processes and operations • 2+ years experience as a Business/Operations Data Analyst, preferably in the health tech industry. • Advanced to expert level experience with data analytics tools including strong experience creating dashboards in PowerBI. • Ability to take complex data insights and present them in an effective and easy to understand formats for all stakeholder levels. • Bachelor's/ Master's Degree Business Administration, Project Management, Sales, Marketing or equivalent. • Strong project management, change management and business analysis skills. • Excellent communication, influencing, relationship building, and problem-solving skills at all levels of an organization. How we work together We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations. This is an in-the-field role but travel will be VERY limited. Philips Transparency Details The pay range for this position is $70,000.00-$140,000.00. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more.
