Today, we're a world leader in global packaging solutions, with diversified operations in over 34 countries and a portfolio of brands that are recognized and respected worldwide. **Key Responsibilities** As our Supply Chain Customer Service Manager, you'll be responsible for: * Directing and managing all aspects of the Customer Service Department activities, policies, objectives, and initiatives * Managing the CSR customer account assignment and establishing key backup support * Engaging with customers regarding their forecast and supply chain information * Participating in the SIOP process, managing and providing any data required * Engaging in the customer RFQ process and new customer onboarding procedures * Setting performance metrics, training staff, handling escalated customer issues, and analyzing customer feedback * Complying with established job safety practices, policies, and procedures as specified in plant and corporate directives for the safe performance of the work assignment * Supporting and following the SQF (Safe Quality Food System) guidelines of the food safety system **Requirements** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Strong leadership, excellent communication, conflict resolution, and focus on continuous improvement * Working knowledge in manufacturing principles, practices, nomenclature, and procedures * Logistics management, production planning, manufacturing environment, financial management, business principles, and practices * Microsoft Excel, CRM, and general ERP system knowledge * Ability to apply intensive and diversified evaluation, selection, and substantial adaptation and modification of standard production planning techniques, procedures, and criteria **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in a similar role, preferably in the packaging or manufacturing industry * Proven track record of driving business growth and improving customer satisfaction * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders **What We Offer** As a Supply Chain Customer Service Manager at blithequark, you'll enjoy a comprehensive total rewards package, including: * Competitive annual base salary range of $132,160 to $148,680, plus an annual target bonus of 12.5% of base salary * Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage for you and your dependents, including FSA and HSA options * 401(k) retirement plan with company match * Wellbeing tools and resources to support holistic health, including an Employee Assistance Program with a variety of services * Paid time off and holidays to recreate, rejuvenate, and care for the health of yourself and family * Variety of company-paid and voluntary employee-paid insurance plans, including life, personal accident, and disability insurance * Tuition reimbursement **Work Environment and Culture** As a member of our team, you'll be part of a dynamic and collaborative work environment that values innovation, creativity, and continuous improvement.
