Telephone Answering Service Salesman

Job Overview: Seeking one employee to fill a new commission-only sales position. The ideal candidate will possess a working knowledge of the Telephone Answering Service industry. Working knowledge the Call Center industry may suffice, but telephone answering service has been our core competency since 1921. Our ideal candidate will be self-motivated and will have full control over where they work, the hours and days which they work, and how much they make via a commission only structure. Acknowledging that a commission-only pay structure is less interesting without salary, the commission structure will be designed to heavily reward successful onboarding of new clients within a wide range of potential industries. Duties: - Acquire new clients honestly via any legal means the candidate is comfortable with. Skills: - Strong communication skills in English - Experience in sales (2+ years preferred) - Customer service and business development experience a plus - Ability to effectively communicate product features and benefits - Comfortable with engaging potential new clients - Sales-driven mindset with a focus on PRODUCTION Candidate will report directly to our Director of Operations. Candidate will be expected to manage themselves without actively being managed by company.
