The Program Management Supervisor I will be responsible for managing the planning, execution, and completion of enterprise programs aligned with UPS’s strategic priorities. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop detailed program plans, manage resources and budgets, monitor progress, and mitigate risks. As a remote team member, you will facilitate communication across business units, provide status updates to senior leadership, and ensure all program objectives are met within the defined scope and timeline. Your ability to coordinate multiple projects, anticipate challenges, and adapt quickly will be essential to the role’s success.
