What you'll do About the Role You’ll be a frontline clinical and commercial partner, helping bring our AI to clinicians and patients across the US. This role combines clinical knowledge with technical skills, strong communication and training skills to ensure successful adoption, utilization, and outcomes with our AI-enabled cardiovascular solutions. You’ll build trusted relationships inside hospitals, map decision pathways, run high-quality demos, and help turn qualified interest into adoption. Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Medical, you’ll translate clinical needs into action—and ensure our go-to-market motions resonate with real-world workflows. Your Role ???? • Be the clinical subject matter expert: Advise clinicians on our AI diagnostic solutions; help to translate AI insights into real clinical decisions • Embed into workflows: Integrate PMcardio across pre-hospital, EMS, ED, and clinic pathways to boost efficiency and patient outcomes • Lead implementations & onboarding: Plan and run go-lives; guide enterprise app setup, integrations, and remove blockers to improve usage • Train and enable teams: Deliver engaging on-site and virtual training for physicians and nurses; develop power-users • Build the right materials: Create and maintain educational content, product updates, clinical protocols, and best-practice playbooks • Be a trusted advisor & partner: Build relationships with clinicians, researchers, and decision-makers; support evaluations, pilots, and ongoing success with Sales/Account Management • Turn insights into action: Capture customer feedback and translate this to Product, Medical, and Engineering • Advance evidence & advocacy: Support studies and validation; partner with KOLs; represent Powerful Medical at various events and forums What you need Your Profile ???? • Clinical background: Clinical degree (MD, RN, NP, PA, or similar) or equivalent healthcare experience • Experience: 3+ years in healthcare, preferable in digital health and cardiology • Communicator: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, on-site and virtual • Business-minded: Strong understanding of the healthcare market and curiosity to learn about cardiovascular diseases • Owner mindset: Operate autonomously, solve problems, and roll up your sleeves to get things done • Mission-driven: Passion for innovation, digital health, and transforming cardiovascular care with AI • Travel-ready: Willing to travel up to ~40% to customer sites; flexible across time zones • Bonus - industry fluency: Background in medical devices, AI-enabled care; familiarity with FDA environments, and healthcare IT Apply tot his job
