Our client, a technology services organization, is seeking a Customer Support Representative to join their team. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be part of the Support Department supporting customer service and technical assistance teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, solid problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Customer Support Representative Location: Remote Pay Range: $20.08 per hour What's the Job? • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by understanding customer needs and ensuring they are met. • Address customer-relation issues promptly and escalate matters according to established procedures. • Provide software service, post-sales support, and service delivery assistance for local accounts. • Respond to customer inquiries regarding service, products, and technical matters. • Perform routine to moderately complex assignments requiring basic problem resolution and independent judgment. What's Needed? • Vocational/Associate degree in a technical field with 1-2 years of relevant experience, or a bachelor's degree with limited experience. • Strong communication and analytical problem-solving skills. • Ability to work independently and allocate time efficiently. • Basic project management awareness and understanding of organizational policies. • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, peers, and support partners.
