Job Description Coordinates with vendors to receive and process transactions for the online fulfillment process. Work – Onsite HQ – Dallas, Texas • Remote/Telework not authorized per Presidential Memorandum “Return to In Person Work” • Candidates eligible for the Military Spouse Exemption may be considered for remote work • Alternate authorized onsite duty location may be determined following selection. Job Qualifications Two years of experience in online fulfillment system is required. Or Bachelor's degree. Degree (one of): BACHELORS DEGREE - Preferred Major/Minor (one of): BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION - Preferred Major Duties Responsible for managing relationships with multiple vendors to resolve customers online order. Communicates with customers, buyers and vendors regarding orders on hold, pending shipment, and/or pending invoice. Detects, researches and provides resolutions to vendor disputes. Coordinates with e-commerce and accounts payable on returned merchandise. Provides internal and external access to online ordering system. Resolves all security system issues.
