Clinical Application Specialist Location: California with Frequent travel required within our sales Territory Medical Dynamics, in partnership with Solutions in Critical Care, is seeking Clinical Applications Specialists across the Western United States. As a Clinical Application Specialist at Medical Dynamics, you'll be an essential part of both the customer-facing and technical sides of our ventilation products, including the Origin Medical Panther ICU ventilators and Inovytec Ventway Sparrow transport ventilators. Your role will focus on product demonstrations, training, clinical evaluations, and post-sales support. This role requires a combination of clinical expertise, technical knowledge, and strong interpersonal skills to successfully integrate medical products into clinical settings while ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction and compliance. As a Clinical Applications Specialist, you'll directly impact patient outcomes and play a key role in the growth of MDI within the Western United States. Key Responsibilities: Clinical Support & Education: Serve as a clinical resource, offering ongoing support and training to customers on the use of MDI products, their clinical applications, and best practices. Leading product demos and ensuring clinical assessments are conducted smoothly. Sales & Service Support: Provide technical assistance and application support to our Sales team, helping them effectively represent MDI products in the marketplace. Trade Shows & Market Research: • Attend and participate in trade shows, seminars, and team meetings to represent MDI and build brand awareness. • Gather competitive information and deliver relevant data to the Executive team to support strategic decision-making. Travel & Flexibility: • This position requires frequent travel, sometimes on short notice, to meet the needs of customers and team members across the region. Other Duties: • Perform additional tasks as needed to support the broader objectives of the Clinical team and MDI. Qualifications: Required Knowledge & Skills: • In-depth knowledge of the clinical applications and equipment provided by MDI. • Strong understanding of cardiopulmonary conditions and ventilator troubleshooting • Strong verbal, written, and listening communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers and clinicians. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office & CRM database applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). • Ability to travel frequently within the MDI territory and maintain a valid driver’s license in your home state. • Mechanical aptitude to install MDI products, including ventilators, in clinical environments. • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take the initiative with minimal supervision. Required Experience & Education: • A minimum of 3 years of critical care experience in the Respiratory Care field. • Associate’s degree from an accredited institution. Bachelor's degree preferred. • Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) certification is required. Apply tot his job
