Job Summary The Vice President, Corporate FP&A will be a key member of the finance leadership team and will play a critical role in leading the company’s corporate financial planning and analysis function. This individual will provide strategic insight, financial rigor, and executive decision support to drive growth, profitability, and shareholder value. The VP will partner closely with the SVP of FP&A, CFO and executive team to deliver timely actionable financial insights, while also developing scalable processes, systems, and talent to support the company’s long-term strategy. What You’ll Do: Key Responsibilities: Lead the corporate FP&A organization, including corporate planning, forecasting, budgeting, annual and long-range planning, and business performance reporting. Serve as a strategic partner to the SVP of FP&A, CFO, and executive leadership, delivering insights that will inform investment decisions and resource allocation to drive the company’s strategy. Drive the company’s financial operating model, including bookings, revenue, ARR, cash flow, and profitability metrics. Provide analysis and guidance on key business drivers, SaaS KPIs, market trends, and operational efficiency opportunities. Partner with the overall FP&A function and cross-functionally to provide financial visibility. Build out a strategic finance team to further enable actionable and incisive decision support. Lead monthly forecasting and annual planning, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities. Prepare monthly and quarterly materials for internal and external stakeholders that encompass all aspects of both the monthly financial and strategic business reporting cycles. Ensure all of these deliverables are completed timely and in a high quality manner. Develop and mentor a small team, fostering a culture of analytical excellence and accountability. Drive continuous improvement in FP&A processes, systems, and tools (e.g., Adaptive Insights/Anaplan, Workday, Tableau / Power BI, etc.) to enhance automation, accuracy, and insight generation. Support corporate development, M&A due diligence, and integration from a financial planning perspective.. What You’ll Need: 15+ years of progressive finance experience, with 7+ years in FP&A leadership roles including experience in capital markets. Strong background in enterprise software, SaaS, or other recurring revenue business models and financial metrics. Deep knowledge of SaaS metrics (ARR, NRR, CAC, LTV, etc.) and financial drivers of subscription businesses. Ability to own ARR reporting cycle. Proven ability to build complex financial models and translate findings into actionable recommendations. Excellent communication and storytelling skills with executive audiences. Demonstrated success building and scaling FP&A functions in a growth environment. Experience driving automation of reporting/forecasting processes and high attention to detail. Familiarity with valuation concepts and reporting. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree strongly preferred. Preferred Skills Experience with financial systems and planning tools (e.g., Anaplan, Adaptive Insights, NetSuite). Strong command of Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
