YouTube Shorts Producer (2 Daily Shorts, Faceless Channel) - Contract to Hire
I’m looking for a YouTube Shorts producer to create 2 high-quality faceless Shorts per day for a new channel. The style will be storytelling / curiosity-driven content (I’ll provide the core ideas and topics). Your responsibilities: Write engaging scripts (30–60 seconds) with strong hooks. Add natural-sounding AI voice-over (ElevenLabs or similar). Edit with dynamic visuals (stock footage, AI-generated visuals, or animations). Add captions, background music, and sound effects for retention. Deliver ready-to-upload Shorts in 9:16, 1080x1920 format. What I provide: The ideas/topics for each Short. General style reference (tone, vibe, and example channels). What you deliver: 2 finished Shorts per day (about 14 per week). Scripts, voiceover, editing — everything handled by you. Consistently engaging content designed for maximum growth and retention. Requirements: Proven experience making viral YouTube Shorts, TikToks, or Reels. Strong sense of storytelling and pacing.
