? Providing accurate and timely solutions to customers via chat, email, and phone
? Identifying and escalating customer issues to relevant departments for prompt solutions
? Building rapport with customers and ensuring that their feedback is communicated to Amazon?s management team
? Adhering to Amazon?s customer service policies and processes at all times
Skills and Qualifications:
? Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
? Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
? Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
? Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute
? Fluency in written and spoken English
? Previous customer service experience is an added advantage
? Access to a reliable high-speed internet connection
? Availability to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
