Customer Service Representatives assist our clients... provide product/service information, fulfill customer needs, and try to resolve any problems callers face with accuracy and efficiency. Manage large amounts of incoming calls and customer service inquiries ? Schedule appointments for home repair companies ? Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction ? Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies ? *Requirements** ? Must be able to work weekends ? Proficient with the internet, data entry and the ability to swiftly move between multiple programs ? Good typing, computer, and customer service skills ?
