Responsibilities/Job Duties:
? Prepare reports and datasets both as needed and on routine schedules
? Create reports and presentations based on recommendations and findings for internal and external use
? Develop and maintain databases by acquiring data from primary and secondary sources, and build scripts that will make our data evaluation process more flexible or scalable across data sets
? Identify trends and opportunities for growth through analysis of complex data sets
? Create best-practice reports based on data mining, analysis, and visualization
? Evaluate internal systems for efficiency, problems, and inaccuracies, developing and maintaining protocols for handling, processing, and cleaning data
? Helps respond to other data requests as needed
? Other duties as assigned
Qualifications: ? Bachelor?s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or Statistics ? 4-5 years of relevant experience ? Knowledge of SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint ? Strong analytical skills ? Experience using analytical and management reporting tools ? Ability to effectively manage and successfully assignments and projects ? Strong attention to detail ? Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with management and staff ? Ability to multi-task and maintain composure in a fast-paced work environment ? Strong written and oral communication skills
