? Manages resource allocations based on business value
? Sets objectives and standards of performance for the team
? Provides framework for team learning and ongoing development
? Resolves issues and removes hurdles in the work
? Optimizes talent and capabilities to drive improvements
? Solves complex problems, identifying innovative solutions
? Drives Campaign Design continuous improvement
? Responsible for consistently meeting campaign execution timelines
? Supervises the accuracy and compliance of marketing materials
? Responsible for strategic management of vendor partners
? Partners with team to prioritize work across functions
? Ensures delivery of regular workflow reporting
Requirements:
? Bachelor?s degree in IT, Business, Marketing, or related field
? Advanced degree preferred or equivalent work experience
? 6-8+ years of related experience
? Experience leveraging relational databases in campaign designs
? Knowledge and experience with CRM tools (Unica, Salesforce)
? Strong management experience
? Marketing operations leadership experience preferred
? Demonstrated experience in planning, managing and directing employees and/or external vendors
? Experience in multi-channel campaign strategies (direct mail, digital)
? Proven ability to communicate business and technical information clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing
? Effectively mediate in situations where conflict arises and understands how and when to escalate issues
