We also recognize that many other businesses are facing similar data management needs as they accelerate their cloud and data journeys, and are exploring how best to bring some of the tools to market as enterprise B2B software solutions. Showcase a proven track record in project management, quickly establishing frameworks for managing work in complex environments. ? Lead complex projects and programs, providing strategic direction and guidance to projects, peers, and team members. ? Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to maintain commitment and achieve successful outcomes. ? Navigate through Go-To-Market, Product, Tech, and Operations domains with a growth mindset, continuously learning new technologies to solve problems through effective coordination and collaboration. ? Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, using strong partnership and communication skills to manage, inform, and influence project outcomes. ? Utilize problem-solving skills and intellectual curiosity to address challenges, offering practical solutions in collaboration with teams. ? Design, develop, and manage project plans in dynamic environments, adapting to changing requirements and priorities while executing effective risk mitigation to keep projects on track and within schedule. ? Partner with cross-functional teams and project customers, offering strategic insights and operational support while applying exceptional influencing abilities to drive project delivery. ? Focus on continuous process improvement, enhancing project management practices and methodologies. Basic Qualifications: ? Bachelor?s Degree or Military experience ? At least 7 Years of Project Management experience ? At least 1 Year of People Management experience Preferred Qualifications: ? Masters / MBA degree ? 8+ years of Project Management experience ? 3+ years of People Management experience ? The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked. Remote (Regardless of Location): $125,300 - $143,000 for Manager, Project Management Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate?s offer letter. This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
