- Researching and booking trips for leisure and corporate clients
- Determine customer's needs and preferences, such as schedules, costs and payment plans
- Book not only flights, but cruises, hotels, car rentals, activities and theme park tickets
- Provide proper documentation to the clients such as, authorization forms, flights tickets, theme park tickets
- Complete ongoing training to earn and maintain certification to book travel Skills needed:
- Effectively communicate with clients before and after their trips
- Detail oriented and organized
- Good computer skills
