Key Responsibilities:
? Administrative Support: Perform various administrative tasks such as managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
? Communication: Respond to emails, phone calls, and live chat inquiries promptly and professionally.
? Document Management: Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations.
? Data Entry: Enter and update data in various systems and databases.
? Customer Support: Provide support to clients and answer their inquiries.
? Research: Conduct research and compile information as needed.
? Project Coordination: Assist with coordinating and managing projects.
? Record Keeping: Maintain and update records and files.
? Expense Management: Track and manage expenses and assist with budget preparation.
? Other Duties: Perform other related duties as assigned to support the team.
Qualifications:
? High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred.
? Previous experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
? Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software.
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
? Strong organizational and time-management skills.
? Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
? Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
? Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
